Big Bass 3in1
Big Bass 3in1 does exactly what the name promises — three light fishing-themed mini-games rolled into a single app, each with its own rhythm. You tap to cast, watch the line, and react when something bites. It's the kind of thing you open while waiting for a kettle to boil, and somehow twenty minutes disappear.
Controls are all one-handed, which we appreciated. The first mode is a timing challenge, the second leans more into collecting and sorting your catches, and the third is a calmer sandbox where you just fish at your own pace. Switching between them takes one tap, and each keeps its own progress.
It won't blow anyone away with depth, and the art style is cheerful rather than detailed. But as a pick-up-and-put-down title it's honest and well-tuned. Load times are short, nothing nags you to keep playing, and it runs fine on an older phone.
What we liked
- Three distinct modes in one small download
- Comfortable one-handed play
- No pressure to keep sessions long
