About
Pixel Willow started as a group chat where a few friends kept dumping links to weird little mobile games nobody else was talking about. At some point the chat got too chaotic, so we turned it into a proper site. Now we play things through, write honest notes, and argue about ratings over coffee.
We care about the games that slip past the big charts — projects made by two or three people, oddball experiments, and small studios trying something new. If a title only got a couple of hundred downloads but does one thing brilliantly, that's exactly what we want to write about.
Every game we cover gets real hands-on time. Nobody reviews from a trailer here. We install it, poke at the settings, play on a slow phone and a fast one, and only then sit down to write.
We don't accept payment to bump a score, and we say so loudly because we've seen what happens to sites that do. The point is trust — if you like our taste, you'll come back.
